Furniture was all purchased new, kitchen freshly equipped, linens and towels all provided!!! Home on a deep water canal with a 75 foot boat dock meets all your vacation needs. Dock includes boat davits, electric/water, fish cleaning station, and downstairs lockup.

One of the only community boat ramps in the area, and is Brand New!! Gourmet kitchen fully stocked to prepare your fresh catch of the day.

Feel the keys breezes from the 60 foot screened porch equipped with dining table , bar/fridge and hammock.

The kitchen/livingroom is fabulous for entertaining and provides plenty of area for everyone to have their own space!! 35 inch TV for the must see events.
